Business Development Manager

Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to lead our organization’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends.


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisee owners and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and revenue
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of complex business deals, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role, with at least two or three years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of business principles, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
