We are looking for a Community & Collaboration Manager who can build strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, influencers, and communities. This role requires someone with excellent networking skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, tourism boards, and PR agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners.
- Negotiate and close collaboration deals while ensuring mutual benefits.
- Manage contracts, deadlines, and deliverables for collaborations.
- Work with internal teams to execute collab campaigns smoothly.
- Foster and engage the community through interactive activities, contests, and events.
- Represent the brand at events, networking meets, and industry gatherings.
- Track collaboration performance and prepare reports.
- Stay updated with partnership trends and PR opportunities.
- Create a strong sense of belonging in the community by being approachable and proactive.
Requirements:
- Work Experience – 2+ years in PR, business development, or community management.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing influencer/brand collaborations.
- Ability to handle contracts, timelines, and multi-party communications.
