We’re looking for professionals who can identify the right locations and support the expansion of Chai Sutta Bar across India.

Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

– Search and identify suitable commercial properties for new franchise stores.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
– Visit potential locations and evaluate footfall, visibility, accessibility, parking, and demographics.
– Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents.
– Negotiate rental terms and collect property documents.
– Prepare site evaluation reports and present recommendations to management.
– Coordinate with legal and operations teams for lease finalization.
– Track expansion targets and maintain a database of available properties.

Required Skills:

– Must be willing to travel extensively across locations.
– Knowledge of local real estate markets.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Market research and analytical ability.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Maps, and PowerPoint.
– Problem-solving and relationship management.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi Languages

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.com, MBA, or equivalent).
Experience in retail expansion, franchise development, sales, or real estate is often preferred.
