Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and help create delicious meals for our guests. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering supplies, and managing staff. You should be a creative individual with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to keep our customers interested and engaged
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and adherence to standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is in good working condition
  • Prepare and execute weekly and monthly inventory and ordering
  • Monitor kitchen staff breaks and meal times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Work Experience of 5 to 10 Years is required for this position. 
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
