Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success leading sales teams and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients
- Track and analyse sales performance to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
- Monitor customer feedback and provide timely solutions
- Generate and present reports to senior management
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Work Experience of 5 to 10 Years is required for this position.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to make decisions and take accountability
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
- Candidates from IIM will be given more preference.
