Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success leading sales teams and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
  • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Track and analyse sales performance to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide timely solutions
  • Generate and present reports to senior management
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
  • Work Experience of 5 to 10 Years is required for this position. 
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to make decisions and take accountability
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
  • Candidates from IIM will be given more preference.
