Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail staff, establishing and maintaining a positive working environment and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Market, distribution channels,
competitive products, and services , Pricing Strategies , sales tracking - Ensure store policies and procedures are
adhered to within the region - Keeping up to the date with product and
competitors - In line with the business plan , explore
new business development opportunities - Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Monitoring your team’s performance and
motiving them to reach the target -
Making monthly and quarterly business plan, present actual vs plan
Requirements
- Good Communication skill and analytical skill
- Candidate must have had a previous experience of handling a large team and preferably from a food Retail / QSR / Hospitality Background
- Candidate must be open to extensive traveling
- Crosse Training Activities for the development and growth of the team
- Ensure Food Quality and 100 % customer satisfaction
- Identify communicate and work towards profit Maximization by implementing Cost Time management effectively
- Exp. 5 years in same industry
