Video Director

The Video Director is responsible for creating engaging and effective video content that supports the organization’s overall marketing and communication goals. This role requires a creative eye, strong organizational and technical skills, and an ability to work collaboratively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute video projects from concept to completion, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of quality
• Collaborate with internal staff, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of video projects
• Develop creative treatments, scripts, and storyboards for video projects
• Manage video budget and timeline
• Supervise video production team and ensure videos are completed on schedule and within budget
• Provide direction to actors and crew during shoots
• Edit video footage, including color correction and audio synchronization
• Ensure all video projects comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Research and stay current on the latest video production techniques and trends
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in film/television production, communications, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in video production
• Excellent organizational and project management
