Research and Development Executive

The Research and Development (R&D) Executive is responsible for leading and executing the research and development initiatives for the organization. The R&D Executive will be responsible for developing processes and strategies for the organization’s research and development activities and taking full ownership of the process. The R&D Executive will work closely with senior management and with other departments to ensure that the organization’s research and development goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute research and development strategies and processes to meet the organization’s research and development objectives.
• Design and implement quality assurance processes for research and development products.
• Monitor progress of research and development projects and ensure that objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on the progress and outcomes of research and development initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to develop new products and services and improve existing offerings.
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry news to identify areas of opportunity for the organization.

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
